Every Walk With Thee family receives a coordinated care team. Each role is distinct, purposeful, and essential.
Licensed registered nurses contracted for pain management, symptom assessment, and skilled nursing visits. Available when clinical expertise is needed.
The heart of the team. The doula oversees the care plan, supports the family spiritually and emotionally, coordinates the full team, and ensures every person is seen and honored.
Trained in the doula-centered philosophy, our CNAs provide consistent, compassionate physical care at the bedside. The most familiar face in the home.

The Walk With Thee Doula Academy trains end-of-life doulas and hospice CNAs in Alabama's most distinctive care philosophy. Graduates may practice solo or join the Walk With Thee team.
A 12-week immersive program with weekly Circle Calls, an RN integration session, graduation ceremony, and 6 months of mentorship. Built for those called to this work.
